Nitrogen generators allow us to recover nitrogen from the surrounding air. They are built of molecular filters that separate nitrogen from other gases. The compressed air initially passes through triple filtration purifying air from water, oil and other solids. It then passes through a molecular sieve filled with high octane carbon. The nitrogen collected is stored in the tank, while oxygen and other gases are released into the atmosphere.
