TECHNOLOGIES

DOUBLE INMOULD – Technology injected foam layer directly into the hard outer shell. PC / polycarbonate is the material used in the production of the helmet shell. The polycarbonate shell is firmly attached to the EPS inner material. The EPS material is directly injected into the polycarbonate top layer to form an integral unit. The monolithic unit absorbs point impacts on a sharp object and the applied force on the helmet spreads over its entire surface, so the head is perfectly protected. Double inmould technology also has a second polycarbonate layer that protects the outer edges from damage.

3D IAS – The sophisticated IAS 3D system provides optimal helmet size adjustment to different head sizes and shapes by simply turning the adjusting wheel. The space inside the helmet adapts to the height and circumference of the head.

MONOMATIC – Multi-stage and anatomically shaped uvex’s monomatic comfort closure opens and closes at the touch of a button, with just one hand. The chin strap always sits perfectly.

BASIC PADS – Interior features significantly affect a helmet’s comfort. Hook and loop fasteners allow easy removal for washing.
